⼀般会員 3,000 円（学⽣会員 1,000 円）

4．発表申し込み Application for presentation
（１）研究発表は 6 ⽉ 28 ⽇（⼟）および 29 ⽇（⽇)に⾏われます。最⼤で 20 の発表が可能です。ただし、希望者多数の場合はポスター発表に変更していただく可能性があります。
The research presentation will be made on June 28 (Sat) & 29 (Sun). Up to 20 presentations are possible. If there are many applicants, we may ask you to change to the poster presentation
（２）発表形式 Presentation Format
⼝頭発表（25 分〈発表 20 分、質疑応答 5 分〉)です。
25 minutes for each Oral presentation (20 minutes for presentation, 5 minutes forQ&A).
（３）発表申し込み：発表をご希望の⽅は、まず、2025 年 5 ⽉ 23 ⽇（⾦)までに上記の<参加フォ ーム>経由で発表希望についてお知らせください。発表をご希望の⽅は、締め切り厳守でご連絡をお願いいたします。
Application for presentation: If you would like to make a presentation, please let us know by May 23 (Fri), 2025, via the above participation form. Please keep the deadline strictly if you would like to make a presentation.
（４）発表要旨提出：発表をご希望の⽅は、参加申し込みをしていただいたうえで 2025 年 6 月 6 日（金）までに発表要旨を＜発表要旨フォーム＞経由でご提出ください。
＊発表要旨フォームに⼊るためには Google アカウントが必要です。Google アカウントをお持ちで無い⽅は、アカウント（無料)を作成の上フォームにお⼊りください。
Submission of presentation abstract: Those who wish to make a presentation should submit the abstract of the presentation by June 6 (Fri), 2025. Please submit the abstract via submission form. You need a Google account to enter the Presentation form. If you do not have, please create an account (free of charge) and enter the form.

主な仕様は下記の通りです。テンプレートを別途添付いたしますので作成にご利⽤ください。
- 原稿サイズと上限枚数：A4、2 ページ以内
- マージン：上下左右 25mm
- 和⽂フォント：MS 明朝体
- 英⽂フォント：Times New Roman
- タイトル・フォントサイズ： 14 ポイント
- サブタイトルおよび発表者の⽒名・所属・フォントサイズ： 12 ポイント
- フォントサイズ（本⽂）：11 ポイント
- 本⽂⾏間隔：20 ポイント
- タイトル、サブタイトルおよび発表者の⽒名・所属：中央揃え、太字
- ⽇本語による発表：英⽂のタイトル、サブタイトル、⽒名・所属を記載してください
- 英語による発表：英語のみ
★原則として、WORD ⽂書と PDF に変換したファイルの 2 点を発表要旨フォームから送付してください。

6．託児所
託児所を開設する予定です。希望者は 5 ⽉ 23 ⽇（⾦）までに〈参加フォーム〉にその旨ご記⼊のうえお知らせください。
We are planning to open a nursery. If you would like to use the nursery, please fill out the Participation Form by May 23 (Fri), 2025. The sooner is better.

⼤会事務局では宿泊の紹介は⾏なっておりません。必要に応じて早めに各⾃で宿泊施設への予約を⾏なってください。
